FOR UK ORDERS ONLY

We ship using Royal Mail Tracked 24. Some high-value orders are shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery (signed for).

Dispatch Cut-off Times:

Orders received before 16:00 (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same day.

Orders received before 12:00 on Saturday are dispatched the same day.

Delivery Note: Next-day delivery is not guaranteed.

As per Royal Mail policy, we must wait 21 days to declare an item lost before issuing a refund.

RETURNS

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returned items must be disposed of and cannot be resold.

Please ensure you select the correct items before completing your order.

Exception:

Returns are accepted for damaged or lost items.

To initiate a return, please reply to your Order Confirmation email.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

We stand by the quality and effectiveness of our products. If you believe there is an issue related to product quality, we will provide a full refund (excluding postage).

We may request that the item be returned for investigation. If so, we will cover return postage.

Limitations:

The guarantee applies once per product per customer.

It covers one item, however additional unopened items may be returned if unused.

REFUNDS

A refund or replacement will be issued if items are:

Damaged upon arrival, or Lost in transit.

We cannot refund if:

An incorrect address was provided by the customer, or

The customer is unable to receive or collect the package.
